**** MANDATORY SOCCER PARTICPATION FORMS ****
To be able to participate in High School Sporting activities each player must have a current Physical Evaluation Form and Participation Form. So during the summer months when you are scheduling your student's physical, please take along these forms and have your doctor sign.

NOCSAE SHINGUARD REQUIREMENT
The new NOCSAE shinguards will be stamped or labeled with the NOCSAE logo. They will specify which size is correct for a particular sized player, making it easy for players, coaches and officials to differentiate which shinguards are to be worn.
