Welcome Aboard Mates to Mrs. Shoultz's Fifth Grade Class website. I hope you had an enjoyable,exciting, educational, and enlightening fifth grade year. Now you're ready for your summer break and anxious to get busy doing some exciting things, too! Well,I enjoyed having you as my student and wish you much success in middle school. I would like for you to visit this websites for ideas, links, and other sites to visit for games, activities, lessons, etc. Also remember to visit the Columbus Public Library, the local Musuems, the parks, and other local places of interest. It is also a fabulous time to do a great deal of reading during your free moments. <

We are encouraging all students to become Millionaires by reading a million words or more.

Please consider visiting and taking your child to the Columbus Public Library. This is a wonderful and beautiful place where they can choose many books to read.

1st offense: Student acknowledges misbehavior.

2nd offense: Discuss with teacher

Storm warning
3rd offense: Alternate learning environment or note home.

Hurricane warning
4th offense: Parent phone call. (Severe disruptions require a discipline referral and parent conference.)

REMINDER

Parents please remember to schedule and come for your mandatory parent/teacher conference. We would like to meet with the rest of you. We appreciate your response to our request and look forward to the meeting.

Students need to remember to bring all textbooks, paper, pencils, practice books, worksheets and anything they think they will need with them when they change classes.
