The St. Vincent de Paul Society (SVdP) is a nonprofit; social- service organization dedicated and to serving members of the community during time of need. A variety of programs offer
assistance including financial aid, education,
temporary housing, clothing and other good works.
An international organization of lay people, the Society is active in over 135 countries.

FOOD HELP
Angel Food Ministries (www.angelfoodministries.com) is a great way for families to cut food costs. $30 (note price change) for a quality box of fresh food. See website for details. The boxes can be ordered and picked up from Friendship Baptist Church (Duluth) 770-497-8227. Note - order and delivery dates have changed, be sure to ask when placing order.
We are always looking for those that want to help others in our community.
We invite you to join us for our monthly meeting the first Thursday each month at St. Monica's Church in the Religious Education Building at 7pm. For more information on our programs, see the 'Contact Us' box at the bottom of this page.
Remember, experience is NOT necessary - just a desire to give back to others for what God has blessed you so richly.
