Thanks to all who participated in our food drive! We now have a large amount of food items for Calvary Children's Home. The children will greatly appreciate it.
The Student Organization of Sociology (S.O.S.) is open to all Kennesaw State students that have an interest in learning more about sociology or its substudies such as Gerontology, Criminology, and many others. Through our monthy meetings and acitivities, we promote learning, community interaction and service.
Thanks to all of you who attended our very first meeting of the year (and in a long time)!It is very exciting to see so many people interested in helping others! We want your ideas! Do you have a community or charity you like to work with? Let us know!
We hope that you are interested and will join us in the fun. To become a member, please visit our membership application page. Remember that you do not have to attend the monthly meetings to be a member. You can still receive updates about upcoming activities and meetings through email and attend those activities that you are most interested in.

For those interested in joining SOS, it's very simple. Here's how you can join:
- You can go to the membership page and print the application, then bring it to the Sociology department in SS128.
- Or you can copy the information to an email, and send it to SociologyKSU@hotmail.com, then bring the dues to the next meeting or to SS128.
- Or you can show up at our next event or meeting to complete the application and pay your dues.
The membership dues are $20.00 per school year or $10 per semester. This fee includes a free T-shirt. If you are interested in becoming a member, please go to our Membership Application page to complete yours today!!!!
