Mail your forms, along with a check for $33.95, made payable to Trinity-on-the-Hill UMC. $23.95 of your registration goes to MOPS International. This money will cover the cost of your annual registration, and you will receive the following: a book (Life on Planet Mom: A Down-to-Earth Guide to Your Changing Relationships ), your MOPS Mom-E-Mail subscription, and your MOMSense magazine subscription. The remaining $10 of your registration fee will be used to cover local chapter expenses (including anything from childcare workers to craft or food expenses). Scholarships are available. Please contact Lauren Lines, Finance Team Leader, if you have a need for a scholarship. All inquiries are confidential. You are welcome to join us for free for one meeting before deciding if you want to register for the year.

If your child will join us in MOPPETS during the meeting, please fill out the MOPPETS Registration part of the registration form. The cost for the entire year of MOPPETS is $10 for the first child and $5 for each additonal child. Be sure to reserve your childcare space by emailing Bonnie Dyches, MOPPETS Team Leader, at dychesfamily@comcast.net. Include your money for MOPPETS with your $33.95 for registration.

MOPPETS childcare spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. It is very important that you return your registration forms to guarantee your spot.
