When searching for a book I always look for something interesting and also something that contains a certain magical flare. The Great Gatsby has both of those things. F. Scott Fitzgerald has outdone himself once again. As the author of "THE SIDE OF PARADISE" and "TENDER IS THE NIGHT" he was and still is a very respected author. He was working on "THE LOVE OF THE LAST TYCOON" when he passed away at the age of forty-four due to a heart attack in 1940. The Great Gatsby is a classic.

America 1920- A young amn by the name of Nick takes up residency on the West Egg of New Haven. His neighbor, none other than the great Jay Gatsby himself. Gatsby is an accomplished and famous Jazz Artist but Nick does not know this at the time.

When Nick goes over to the East Egg to visit his cousin and his Friend from the war Tom Buchanan, he is asked about the man. He replies that he does not know him.

What happens next is a series of events that opens his eyes. If you want to find out more read the book. It is highly recomended.
