NEWS FROM THE GRAPEVINE...AUGUST 2007 to December 2007 The reunion committee unanimously agreed on the Koolau Golf Club House as the best location for our 30th year class reunion on October 18, 2008. Thanks to Marty (Shima) Mullen for all the hard investigative work to find this great place.  The views from the Club house are really amazing. SEPTEMBER  Massage Therapists Association of Hawaii elected Dustin Ebesu as President for the 2007-2008 year. Here the board members met at JJ's Patries. OCTOBER Reunion committee met with Class of 1977 web guru Ed Young and made him and honorary member of our class!
Once upon a time...October 9, 2007, Ed Young c/o '77 met with Dustin, Audrey and Jaydene at Ward Theaters Starbucks for a cup of Joe and web site advice. - gas = $3.30/gallon

 October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.Dustin Ebesu provided chair massage and sold gift certificates to raise awareness and funds for the American Cancer Society and the Cancer Research Center of Hawaii. The staff at ORIGINS, Ala Moana 4th floor were terrific! The Massage-A-Thon on October 13, 2007 raised $1620.00. November is Thanksgiving Month. Are you in the mood for the holidays? No matter how much stress it may be, remember to express gratitude everyday for the blessings of friends, family and good health.DECEMBER 2007 IS HERE! Mele Kalikimaka and a Hau'oli Makahiki Hou!  2007 JTB Honolulu Marathon Massage Team led by Dustin Ebesu TIGERS IN DECEMBER'S NEWS - Anyone ran in the marathon? Dustin Ebesu coordinated 50 massage therapists for Japan Travel Bureau Massage Team. The group performed 1200 massages at the finish line. ALRIGHT!!! Too bad Dustin's group only can work on the JTB runners. Wendy Kuhns-Higashino was there as a massage therapist. We did a terrific job. Dustin is part of the leadership team at the Ilikai Protestant Church where he plays harp and flute.
WHERE DO YOU WORK? Dustin Ebesu and Wendy Kuhns-Higashino both work as massage therapists at Diamond Head Chiropractic and Massage Center.  3427-D Waialae Ave. in beautiful Kaimuki  Mele Kalikimaka! Audrey (Suga) Nakagawa enjoyed a beautiful Christmas with husband Ray, and daughters Lauren and Kori.
 Jaydene, Marty and Jayne celebrated Christmas with Flo (Pang) Suzuki. Great picture girls! You all look marvelous!  Brian Matsusaka and staff members from Castle Medical Center packed presents for the Advertiser's Christmas Fund to be distributed to needy families. Brian is the the head of Castle's Radiology Department. Great job!  Mini Reunion at McCully Zippy's with John Toyama of Pittsburgh, California, Randall Iwamoto, Susan (Watanabe) Yamada, and Dustin Ebesu. The band geeks still look pretty good, huh?
