Whoa! The Sugar Bowl parties were kickin' on January 1, 2008! Too bad UH lost to Georgia, 41-10. ;-(

Colt Brennan helped lead the University of Hawaii Warriors to an unprecedented undefeated perfect 12-0 Season! Go Warriors! You all made Hawaii so proud!

Dustin and Dwayne had been shopping for omiyage in Las Vegas Trader Joes, where the bumped into each other. Dwayne was there for the World of Concrete Convention. Dwayne lives in Hilo. Date: January 24, 2008.

In early March 2008, Mrs. Marianne Miyamura passed away. She was the wife of our Band Director, Henry Miyamura. She was a great piano accompanist to our solo competition efforts. Many band members from our years attended her funeral on March 22, 2008. She will be missed dearly. A scholarship fund is being founded in her name.

Got to see Eric Nagamine, Geoffrey Yoshinaga, Susan Watanabe Yamada, John Toyama, Selma Uyeno Yamamoto, and others from our years at McKinley. Anyone have a recording of our Spring Concert or Parade of Bands performance?

Dr. Achilles Gacis is the President of Hawaiian Stunt Connection. They are a team of professional stuntmen/women for stage, tv and other media. Check out the website at www.hawaiianstuntconnection.tv ~Congratulations Achilles. As Paris Hilton would say, "THAT'S HOT!!!"

Jaydene visited ORIGINS Ala Moana for Dustin's Massage A Thon.
As part of October's Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Dustin held a fund raiser at Ala Moana. With his friend Cecile, the Massage A Thon raised $1000.00! Thank you everyone! Donations were made to American Cancer Society and UH Cancer Research Center of Hawaii.

Congratulations to our new President Barack Obama. We can all be proud of our island son.
