Mission

To provide networking, education, and advocacy for people and their families who have experienced an amputation.

Objectives

• To provide a centralized person to person contact mechanism for people who suffer from amputation for the purposes of early education.

• To provide a networking opportunity for patients and families of patients who have experienced an amputation.

• To provide for education and advocacy for people who have experienced amputation.

The next meeting for the group will be on Monday, May 21, 2012 at the Northwest Community Center, from 6 to 8 pm.

The May 21 meeting is a potluck. Please bring a dish to share. Meat will be provided.

Spouses and support persons are welcome as well. Hope to see you there!

The meeting will last for approximately 2 hours. The first hour will be a structured session involving speakers and discussion. The second hour will be more social, allowing for questions to be asked and connections to be made.
