Seminar Events
Bookstore: A Ruth Kern bookstore will be open to the public during seminar 2009. In addition to a wonderful selection of books on site, you can order books directly from Ruth Kern (rkern3@mindspring.com, 1-800-429-5075). Ask to have your order sent to Springtime in the Valley, and your order will be waiting for you to pick up with no shipping fee.

Exhibit: All attendees are encouraged to submit needlework pieces for display in a secured Exhibit room. Sharing needlework is a wonderful way to show our love of stitching. Check the box on the registration form if you are interested in displaying your work. The exhibit is open to the public with no admission fee.

Merchandise Night: You can never have enough stash! We'll have merchants from all over the region with just the needlework things you have been looking for and a few things you didn't know you needed, but just have to have! You might never have another chance to purchase a unique item that you find Shop till you drop! Or, rent a table to clean out your stash/UFOs and earn money to buy new stash. Merchandise Night is open to the public with no admission fee. If you are interested in renting a table for Merchandise Night, please check the box on your registration form. Click here to download a copy of the Merchandise Night registration form in THIS MS Word file.

Hospitality Room: Stop in for a snack or just to visit. The Hospitality Room will be open throughout Seminar.

Banquet: At our Saturday Evening Banquet, in addition to a sumptuous dinner, we will have Door Prizes, Opportunity Basket drawings, and Table Favors that will be the envy of all non-attendees! Extra tickets may be purchased for guests and 1-day registrants. Hope to see you there.

Region Meeting: Come to the Region Meeting to find out what's going on in the Region and to see what's on the horizon! All EGA members are invited to attend.
