The Heartland Region and Cedar Valley Chapter invite you to join us in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, April 22-26, 2009 to enjoy fun, fri

Registration is open only to EGA members. All persons present in a seminar teacher’s class or studio time must be registered seminar participants.

There is a non-participant option available for those who are not taking classes.

Registration for Springtime in the Valley Heartland Region Seminar ’09 opens October 17, 2008.  Registrations postmarked on or before October 17 will receive First-Day Consideration for class assignment purposes. After October 17, registrations will be processed according to the postmark.

To register, complete the registration form in this brochure. Please list a first, second, and third class choice.

Include only one registration form per envelope. Include one self-addressed, stamped envelope (SASE) for class confirmation (59¢ postage) as well as a separate SASE for Merchandise Information if desired. A second self-addressed, stamped envelope or postcard may be included in you want confirmation that your registration has been received by the registrar. (If you prefer e-mail confirmation, please include your e-mail address where indicated.)

The last day to register without penalty is January 20, 2009. A late fee of $35.00 will be added to the registration cost after January 20, 2009. The last day to register is February 2, 2009.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing BY REGISTERED MAIL ONLY to the Registrar. A refund, less $40 will be made if notice is received by February 17, 2009. No refunds will be given after this date. All refunds will be made after the close of Seminar.

You may register for one, two, three, or four days of class.  The Banquet and Region Meeting will be held on Saturday night.  If you register for two, three, or four days of classes which include Saturday, the banquet is included in the fee.  You have the option of purchasing extra banquet tickets if you so desire.

Class confirmations will be mailed after February 2, 2009.  Kit fees will be billed when class assignments are made and must be sent to the Registrar by March 1, 2009.  Box lunches will be available from the hotel and may be purchased when sending in your kit fees. 

Checks for all payments must be made payable to Heartland Region Seminar ’09.
