Welcome to FRUA-IL!
FRUA-IL is one of 34 regional chapters of the national support group Families for Russian & Ukrainian Adoption. FRUA is an international support network of families who have adopted or are interested in adoption from Eastern Europe. We support the whole life experience and strengthen the families that are created through adoption. FRUA-IL has nearly 70 member families. FRUA-IL is an all-volunteer organization governed by an elected board.
The national FRUA web site contains a wealth of information to help you in every step of the adoption process. Whether you are just starting out, or have been home with your child for years, you'll find helpful resources, including a listing of adoption-related books and publications.
