What is International Concierge & Errand Association (ICEA)?
ICEA is an International Association that provides assistance to concierge and errand services around the world. The association offers members networking opportunities, continuing education, books, software and industry recognition. Our Mission is to dedicate ourselves to enhance the professionalism of the concierge and errand service industry so that they may better serve their clients

Upon receipt of application, our Membership Chair will contact you to let you know the state of your application. Applications are reviewed and approved at monthly meetings by the Lower Midwest Chapter ICEA board members. Applications cannot be approved until ICEA membership has been processed through the international association. To apply for international membership, click the "International Concierge & Errand Association" link provided.

The Lower Midwest Chapter of ICEA works in a cooperative manner to:

educate the public about concierge and errand services as a profession;

promote the benefits of concierge and errand services services;

provide support, education and a networking forum for its members
