About Us... In January 2007, three Freshman students applied for and were awarded a $1000 startup grant from the Youth Venture Program of Youth Service America (descriptions below) to create a new, student-run foundation for JCP. What is the goal of the JCP Student Foundation? The goal of the JCP Student Foundation is to provide JCP students with seed grants of up to $100 to purchase materials and supplies for special service projects that they will undertake within their communities in the spring and summer of 2007. The hope is that Jones students will be inspired to create projects that will improve the lives of people in their neighborhoods and social communities. Jones Students will apply to the Foundation for the grants, and their applications will be reviewed by the JCP Student Foundation Board.
 
To Do...
We need to start making blankets! They'll be knitted and sewed. We need to get volunteers together who want to help make these blankets! We hope to figure out a date soon to get together!		 Contact
If you want to help the JCP Student Foundation, contact Nadia Gronkowski. We need help sewing blankets, knitting blankets, and putting together fleece blankets. In the Fall, Nadia will be cooking and serving dinner at a homeless shelter in Evergreen Park. She needs help! More info to come.
