2005/2006 College Scholarship Awardee

We are proud to annouce that Erik Valdmanis, from Prior Lake, Minnesota, is our 2005 scholarship awardee. Eric is dyslexic and learning disable, but that did not stop him from earning a 2.9 grade average and his involvemnt in various community and school activities. Eric was a frequent participant in Habitat for Humanity projects,Boy Scout Troop 33, and participated in the jazz,pep and marching band. We are very proud of Eric and all of his achievements. His band director made this statement: "He seeks out places to belong and contribute in and out of school."
