A Crystal Blue Evening is the 24th annual scholarship fundraiser sponsored by the National Alumnae Association of Spelman College-Chicago Chapter (NAASC-Chicago Chapter). Proceeds from the event go to support the financial needs of current students through its two scholarships: The Georgia Dwelle-Rooks Scholarship and the Lois Davenport Fambro Scholarship.

The NAASC-Chicago Chapter scholarships are named for two women who embodied Spelman College's core value of commitment to community service. This year's event will pay tribute to Spelman women who have contributed to our chapter and the larger community. Our honorees are a living testimony to the legacy that Spelman alumnae have inherited.
