OLD BUSINESS: Maubach reported that the golf outing will be at Hunters Ridge on July 28, 2012. He will e-mail entry forms to all members so that they can pass them out to any interested parties.Maubach reported that a level 2 clinic will be held at Henry High School on Sunday, June 3 from 6 - 10p.m. and games will be worked on the folowing Mondays and WednesdaysTiemans' reported that the banquet will be at 7:00 at John's North Star. Members not in attendance who want to attend, need to contact the Tiemans'.Maubach reported that he is still looking for training films to purchase.NEW BUSINESS Geuther announced that elections will be held at the next meeting. Maubach and Snowden reported on the talk that Kurt Gibson gave at the Kewanee officials meeting.The group had a lengthly discussion on ratings. Shepard stated that all certified members should make an effort to see the members of our association that work varsity games so that you can rate them.Maubach made a motion for Dean Tieman to be our representative at the Summer Officials Conference with Maubach going along for moral support, second by Turner; passed.Snowden made a motion to contribute $50 for the social gathering and two polo shirts as door prizes for the officials conference, second by De. Tieman; passed.Maubach made a motion to change the by-laws on payment of dues to what was presented at the previous meeting, second by Rousculp; passed.Snowden made a motion to change the by-laws on meeting attendance to what was presented at the pervious meeting, second by Rose; passed.Shepard announced that he was asked by Coach Cinote to assign officials to work games for a summer shootout for girls basketball held at IVCC.Members announced the games that they have been assigned in the state series for both girls and boys basketball.Fisher and Shepard were congradulated for their first assignment at the girls state finals.It was pointed out that the Tieman's and Turner received their first assignment.The pay for officiating freshman games at Princeton was discussed. Maubach made a motion to wait until they got their new Athletic Director and then we will approach him/her about it,second by Turner; passed. Derix passed out some game assignments at Swaynee grade school.The group discussed rules, case plays and game situations. Meeting adjourned at 3:40 p.m.
