• Called to order at 5:00 P.M. at the Princeton gym
• President Mark Turner; thanked Tom Maubach for the 4 hour clinic held before meeting and thanked members for taking advantage of the clinic.
• Minutes read. Motion by Tom Maubach to accept minutes Second: Russ Naaktgeboren Passed
• Motion to keep dues the same ($20) by Tom Maubach Second: Pat McClary Passed
• Pres. Mark Turner and Mark Geuther presented minutes from the summer IHSA Meeting
• Motion to no longer send out minutes but to post them on the PBOA website by Tom Maubach Seconded: Jon Rousculp Passed
• Motion to change February 14, 2010 meeting to February 7, 2010 by Mike Kane Second: Tom Maubach Passed
• Discussed concerns of Refs failing to arrive at games on time; some have been arriving so late that other refs have been called. This is not acceptable!! Please be professional and arrive on time! This behavior reflects poorly on you, as a ref, and on our PBOA. If you have to be late please call ahead to inform the Ath. Director.
• Ed Derix assigned games for : Mc Nabb, JFK, Henry, Princeton
• Answered questions about the test. • Motion to make Kasey Degutis of Princeton a new member of the PBOA by Buzz Fisher Second Kostello Passed
