"The Broad"is a take off on "The Board" a term which is way too stuffy for a Red Hat Chapter
The "Broads" get to-gether once a month usually a week or two before our monthly "Event" We make plans etc. for fun things to do.
We then report back to the members at the next "Event"
This plan works for our chapter,
Because it frees up our time
at our "Events"and makes them enjoyable and fun.
There are 6 "Broads" but any member is welcome to join us.
We are a chapter of 20 ladies. Although we are listed as a closed chapter, We also take great pleasure in helping any potential Founding Queen

#1.-You Must wear a Red Hat
Our "Events" are always held, Our next "Event" will be posted soon. (Members please check back.)
RED HAT SOCIETY.
We have only three rules in our chapter,they are as follows.
#2.-You must wear Purple attire.
#3.-You must RSVP for each "Event"
If you do not RSVP for three consecutive months,
we will assume that you no longer want to be invited to our "Events" and you will be taken off the mailing list.
on the 1st Saturday of every month at 1:00P.M.
Unless the 1st Saturday is a holiday week-end.
Then the "Event" will be held on the following Saturday.
