Melissa Lenhoff has been coaching at RLMS since 2008. She initiated the return of the cheerleading program to the middle schools. Melissa was a Wildcat cheerleader for Libertyville Boys Club and then Libertyville High School, beginning her coaching experience with the Libertyville Boys Club. She assisted the Hawthorn Junior High squad, and has judging experience for competitions. Melissa holds national safety certification from The American Association of Cheerleading Coaches and Administrators (AACCA).

Melissa received her Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from Barat/DePaul University, and a Masters in School Leadership/Administration from Concordia University. She teaches 7th and 8th grade Language Arts-Read 180 at RLMS.
