 Uniform Expectations

The following guidelines are provided for proper uniform care:
Uniforms should be hung up when not worn in order to prevent any damage from occuring
Cheerleading shoes should not be worn outside. This will keep them clean, but also prevent damage from outdoor elements. Cheer shoes are moderately priced so keeping them in good shape is essential! To clean them wipe them down with a damp cloth. They should not be put in the washer, as it can alter the state and form of the shoe.
When cleaning the uniform, follow washing instructions on the tags. DO NOT DRY CLEAN!
Wash all other pieces after each wear (briefs, midriff, etc) for hygienic purposes.
Poms are a part of the uniform and must also be cared for. They should remain in a bag unless being used. If a pom is lost or damaged it is the cheerleader's responsibility to purchase a new one. Poms can be wiped down with soapy water to remain clean.
Sequins boy shorts should NOT be put in the washer or dryer, as the sequins will come off the material. To avoid this, hand wash the boy shorts and lay out to dry. |
