FIRE - Great Showing At Nationals The FIRE went 3 and 2 at nationals, finishing the season with its highest placement ever - 3rd in 5A. Congratulations to Jordan Scott and David Hellstrom who were 3rd team All Americans and selected for the All Tournament Team. Also congratulations to Joel Newton for being awarded the Christian Character Award. Thanks for a great season. |

Welcome to FIRE Basketball
Welcome to the official website for the Rockford FIRE Home School Basketball program. Each team is made up of Christian home schooled youth from the greater Rockford area. The FIRE squads play Jr. High, Junior Varsity, and Varsity teams from private, Christian, independent, and other home school programs from around the area. We are a competitive program that seeks the highest quality of basketball, and yet our teams are unequivocally Christian in their conduct, practice, and attitude. Our desire is to represent the Lord in all that we do, both on and off the court. Our hope is that our actions and demeanor will speak louder than the words on this page. The Rockford FIRE basketball team welcomes any inquiries from prospective players and from teams interested in scheduling games and/or tournaments with us.
