Welcome
The Spring Trail PTO includes parents and teachers of our elementary school. We work together to better our students' education and extra-curricular life while forming a caring community in which they can flourish. Every parent or guardian of a Spring Trail student is automatically a member of the PTO. We welcome any and all parents to attend our monthly meetings on the first Tuesday of every month, Sept. thru May-- bring your ideas & opinions & help us make Spring Trail a wonderful place to learn!
TRAFFIC ALERT!!
As the days grow colder, more and more parents drive their kids to school. Traffic has always been a problem at Spring Trail. We now have volunteer parents outside to help direct traffic and keep the lines moving. Please respect them as they are only trying to keep your kids safe. First and foremost, always, ALWAYS have your children cross at the crosswalk into the parking lot. We have your child's safety in mind when we ask you to adhere to this policy. Thank you for your cooperation!
In November we are looking for donations of dog or cat food for the Almost Home Foundation

Our Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd & 3rd Grade classes, Mrs. Streid & others are pleased and proud to announce our new PAWS for Pets program. We are looking to work with the ALMOST HOME Foundation of Elk Grove Village, by providing them with some of the supplies they need to care for these pets as they await adoption in foster homes.

Throughout the school year you will be contacted with various fundraising opportunities. We present these options as a kind of menu...choose which option or options work best for your family. We don't expect you to participate in each and every one. Whatever you can do to help us out to bring programs to Spring Trail is appreciated -- however great or small the participation is. Thank you for your continued support of the PTO fundraising efforts!
On Saturday, Nov. 21st from 3-4 pm, there will be an opportunity to help our school earn "money for nothing" at Stratford Square Mall. No purchase is necessary, no money need be spent! Simply visit the registration kiosk outside of the Sears and tell them you are with Spring Trail! We will earn 500 POINTS for every hand that is stamped -- parents, kids, granparents, neighbors! Please consider going to the desk and registering for our school. We receive points for every person who gets their hand stamped at Stratford, and if we hit our goal, will receive $500 from the mall to our school!
