CARTRIDGE RECYCLE FUNDRAISER

The troop is collecting used cartidges/ink jets (rather they be from computers, fax machines, copiers, etc.) and old cell phones. These items can be turned into the troop via collection box, which will be at all scout meetings. Their is also one at the First United Methodist Church on top of the mailboxes in Fellowship Hall. If you currently throw away any of these items please strongly consider donating them to the troop. The money helps offset the cost of camping and other important program matters thus putting less financial burden on you.

Also if you work for a business or do business with a company that uses these items and throws them away the troop can collect from them also. Either you can bring them to the troop or the troop can work with the owner/manager/supervisor to set up a collection box/date or sending them with supplied lables.

TENT RENTALS

The troop rents canopy tents during the Spring-Fall Seasons. These are great for outdoor parties, graduations, and family reunions, to name a few occasions. Two options are availble when renting these tents:

1. A 16 x 25 "Red" Tent. It comes with sides which are optional and scout setup/take down. This tent rents for $120*.

2. A 20 X 30 "Yellow/White" Tent. It also comes with scout setup/take down. This tent rents for $170*.

*Current troop families who rent the tent receive a 50% discount.
