Founded in 1917, Lions Clubs International has grown to become the largest service club organization in the world with over 1.4 million members in 186 countries.

Founded in 1939, The Campbellsburg Lions Club upholds the spirit of the Lion motto "We Serve." In addition to supporting many causes through the national and state clubs, we contribute to causes at the local level. Included: A school eyeglass program, Hoosier Boys and Girls State, a scholarship program for West Washington High School students, and many other activities in our community. Funds are raised through membership dues, our annual County Sports Calendar, and fund raising events. Our two main events are the annual Lions Club Pancake Breakfast and our food booth at the Washington County Fair, serving up the best elephant ears in the Midwest!
