STAFF PAY SCALE
Take a look and see where you are at, and what you need to do to make more $$$! This pay scale is to be used as a guide. Any variance is at the discretion of the Camp Leadership Team. **Annual Raises are based on previous year’s performance and budget allowance. They are never guaranteed.
