To read these documents, you need a program that can read files in the Portable Document Format, invented by Adobe. The most common reader program that people use is Adobe's Acrobat Reader, but I have found what I believe to be a better program. Made by Foxit Software, it is called Foxit Reader. Like Acrobat Reader, it is free, but it has a much smaller filesize, making it much faster to load, and it doesn't want to phone home to a parent server each time you start it. It does not have all the fancy features that Acorbat Reader does, but for reading the PDF files on most webpages, it works fine. You may download either program by clicking on the logos at the bottom of the page.
