NDESP PTO 2011 Craft Show North Dearborn Elementary School PTO Craft Fair Announcement and Application December 3rd 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m North Dearborn Elementary PTO will be hosting a Craft/Vendor Sale Fundraiser at the North Dearborn Elementary 5687 North Dearborn Road Guilford, IN 470222 Please support our efforts by purchasing a space to sell your crafts and products. All are welcome - craft vendors, small home businesses, restaurants, and more. We will have only one of each home based business, so please return this application. We will notify you as soon as we check the list. All booths’ contents must meet approval of North Dearborn PTO. Also, we are asking that each participant donate one item for a raffle we will have there. All proceeds go to the North Dearborn Elementary PTO. The cost is a non-refundable $30.00 per space for Saturday or $45.00 for both Saturday and Sunday. The fee is due no later than October 15th, 2008. Please feel free to call me or email me to check availability so you can send your money with your application. This fee is payable only via cash or check made payable to the North Dearborn Elementary PTO.
