Breaking News! Minisa Chapter Celebrates 70 Years! Minisa members are very proud to be the third chapter to charter in the association, on March 5, 1942. Our sister chapter, Kaw Chapter in Topeka, was first to charter on February 11, 1942. At that time the association was known as the National Secretaries Association.
