    Minisa Chapter's Scholarship Guidelines

    To assist individuals in achieving personal and professional growth, Minisa Chapter awards a scholarship(s) to a student(s) completing a degree or certificate program in business.

    NOTE: THIS APPLICATION IS DUE BY MARCH 15, 2009 TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE SEMESTER BEGINNING FALL, 2009

    Scholarships will be awarded in the amount of $350 per individual.

    Scholarships are not transferable to another party. Monies will be paid directly to the institution.

    Applicant must meet the following requirements:

    • Completion of high school education (diploma or GED).
    • Applied to, accepted at, or currently attending an accredited university, college, community college, or technical/vocational school.
    • Applicant must submit:

    1. Completed application

    2. An official copy of high school transcript or equivalent and college transcript, if applicable

    3. A copy of a letter of acceptance from the school the applicant will be attending

    4. A letter of recommendation from a non-family member.

    • Applicant may be invited for a personal interview.
