Parent Meeting
A parent meeting is scheduled for April 20th at 6:00pm in the band room to discuss and plan for next year's band season. Please make plans on attending. Anyone who has an interest in helping the band program is welcome to attend.
We are proud to announce the 2006 Marching Pioneer show will be Jesus Christ Superstar. We are excited to bring back the tradition of marching band. The students will be beginning sectionals as soon as the music arrives. Strike up the Band! We welcome the support of any alumni.
The band is always in need of the following items listed below. If you see a good sale and don't mind donating an item, please bring the items to the band office. Thanks!!!
* A wall clock (nothing fancy) - very basic
* 9-Volt Batteries
* Ink Pens
* Chalk
* Black electrical tape
* White electrical tape
* Paper towels
* Styrofoam cups (summer/fall months)
Anyone interested in becoming a member of the 2006 Colorguard needs to sign-up in the band room with Mrs. Daniels. We are ready to begin on April 31st after school.
Drumline tryouts for the marching band season will be on Friday, May 5th after school. Please be prepared to play an section of the show music.
