Past National Commander Tom Bock congratulates Doug Farley after his election to State Commander.	Post 6 donated the money to purchase the banners for display downtown. These banners will be maintained by the city and displayed at the appropriate times during the year when we would have placed the flags out on Main and Center streets. They had them up for Veterans Day and we received many favorable comments.
	John Woods, "Mr. Legion Christmas Food Basket Man" is shown presenting checks to the HCAS and CFB in early December. John had been the organizer of the annual Post 6 Christmas Food Basket program for many years, "more than twenty" John said, so he seemed to be the likely person to hand over the checks. After we were unable to participate a couple of years ago, last year we voted to provide $2,000 to both the HCAS and the CFB. We voted the same amounts this year.
