Plan to come join in the fun in 2010 for the 4th Annual Festival

WHY . . .The goal of the festival is to promote knowledge of traditional arts, crafts, music, and dance.

Even though we had showers, many came and spent time at the Redbud Folklife Festival, enjoying comfort foods and craftspeople at work, sharing traditions, heritage, music and performances.

Each Artists and Crafters donated a piece of their work for the SILENT AUCTION held during the Festival. Lonnie & Twyla Money of Money's Folk Art donated the Door Prize, Agressive Woodpeckers which was won by Jim Bynum of Nederland, TX. The Aggressive Woodpeckers were on a Tree Base approximately 27" tall and the Woodpeckers were approximately 10-12" tall.
