Welcome to the website for the Barksdale Enlisted Spouse Group. We hope that the information provided to you will be helpful in learning about our organization, our functions and our local fundraising efforts. The Barksdale Enlisted Spouse Group is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to organize, develop and sponsor social and cultural activities for our membership. Membership is restricted to spouses of active duty enlisted members of all military branches, spouses of Air Force Reserve, spouses of retired enlisted, and civilians GS-8 and below! Our group, does have annual dues of $25 and with that you get our group t-shirt.For any information on up-coming activities, or to be placed on our email distribution list, or just to find out what you can do to join this FUN group, you can contact us by email at barksdaleenlistedspousegroup@hotmail.com or you can check out our myspace page at www.myspace.com/barksdaleenlistedspouse We look forward to meeting you, so please join us for our next meeting!!! This group is just getting started and the biggest way for us to get the word out about it is through word of mouth! So please pass this website on to any Enlisted Spouses that you may know and help our group grow!! We have so many things we would like to do and the more people we have involved will be a great help. Please help us get the word out!!!

Membership Meetings
The Enlisted Spouse Group will hold our General Membership Meetings on the 2nd Tuesday of each Month. The meetings will be held at Stripes on base. Social starts at 6pm and the meeting begins at 6:30pm. Child care will be provided starting in October- check back for more details on how to RSVP for child care. | |
Race for the Cure
Join us for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure on Saturday, September 20th at 8am. Join our team and either walk, run, or even sleep in for the cure while you support this great cause! Our team is open to family and friends so please invite anyone to join! The shirt is $15 and the deadline to order is Friday, Sept 5th. Money will need to be turned in to Amanda Cox, Rachel Penwell, or Karla Spero. We will accept post dated checks for the 15th.
