Chapter Ride To Bonnie & Clyde Reenactment in Arcadia LA & Chapter Meet & Eat May 25/26. This two day event is a dinner ride on the 25th, and a breakfast ride on the 26th. Meet at the Pilot in Haughton LA at 4:00 PM, KSU at 4:30 PM on the 25th for dinner ride. Meet at the Pilot in Haughton LA at 6:30 AM, KSU at 7:00 AM on the 26th for breakfast. (CE)

Chapter Swap Meet. Spots will be sold for $5.00 for members and $10.00 for non-members. You may sell your motorcycle parts and accessories, clothes and jewelry. This will be part of the Beer & Burgers event at Bossier City Harley Davidson. So clean out your closets and garages and make yourself some extra riding money. (Open To All)
Harley Davidson World Ride June 24-25, (formally Million Mile Monday) is now a two day event. Chapter ride to Vidalia, LA. More ride details coming soon. (CE)

Chapter News & Notes

The Beer and Burger volunteer efforts were a huge success. We have a need for more volunteers to help with Beer & Burgers on June 9, and June 23, 2012.
Continuing a tradition started by the Shreveport chapter, we are now able to help out at the Bossier City Harley monthly "Beer & Burger" events. Brad has graciously agreed to let us help set-up, clean-up, cook and serve beer and receive tip money for our efforts. Sandy Smith also suggested we sell water & soda and bake goods to also make some extra money, and Brad has agreed to let us do that also. Beer & Burgers also serves as a great way to let people see what we do as a chapter and encourage others to join our chapter. It also serves as a convenient place to showcase our raffle items. This past Saturday, several members volunteered their time and efforts, and we raised $ 213.00 dollars for the chapter. So we are asking for volunteers for future "Beer & Burgers" events. We will be passing along more information as we get the upcoming dates. Thank you to all for your time, efforts and ideas.
Did You Know the Meet & Eat has been changed from the last Friday of each month, to the last SATURDAY of each month. There are several advantages to this change for the chapter. No more rushing to get to an event after working all day Friday. You have all day Saturday to prepare, travel and eat. We can travel farther away if desired, increasing the number and type of places we can dine at. We can adjust the time depending on what month it is, allowing more people to ride their motorcycles without it getting dark so early, especially in the Winter months. The Meet & Eat can also be a breakfast, lunch or dinner type event. Families are welcome and encouraged to attend

Bossier City H.O.G. is pleased to announce that Barbs Sewing will return this year to provide sewing services during our monthly chapter meetings. Barbs Sewing provides patch sewing, alterations, and leather repairs to a variety of clothing. She will be available every other month starting in January, so please plan accordingly. She will be on-site during the January-March-May-July-September-November meetings. You may contact Barb directly by visiting her Facebook Page or calling 318-754-6471
