News
Parents, we know you have skills! And we want to use them to teach our boys. Please fill out the parent talent survey here so that we can ask for your assistance with activities that you can help with. You can include it with your re-charter dues or send it to me in an envelope through your school folder.

Re-charter

It is time for our re-charter and we need all non-Tiger scouts to pay for their membership dues at this time (and those Tigers who did not pay at the beginning of the year). The re-charter basically is done to renew our Pack. Each family should pay $40 for the first child and $20 for each additional child who is a Cub scout at Fairfield. This will include a Boys Life subscription (1 per family). If you are a Den Leader or Committee Chair, there is a $10 fee for each family adult. We also recommend that any adult who wants to play a strong role in the den to fill out the Adult Application and send in your $10 (we hope most will do this). Please fill out a Youth Application for each child to send in with your dues, as well as an adult leader form, if applicable. These forms are necessary to provide our pack with updated contact information about our scouts. The Norwela council runs background checks on all adult leaders, so be sure to fill out both pages. Before December 18th, dues and forms should be sent in your school folder in an envelope with Jodie Stump’s name and Cub scouts Treasurer on it. Checks should be made out to Pack 13. Forms are available on the left.
  Procedures for Turning in Receipts

Please fill out an Expense Report to turn in with your receipts for reimbursement so when we look back for budgeting purposes, we will be able to tell what the money was used for. Also, if you do a fundraiser, etc. and have income coming back to the pack, please fill out the Income Summary Report to turn in with your money. The money should be put in an envelope. Be sure to make a copy to keep for your records.
