Im delighted you stopped in to check out what my center has to offer. Finding the right child care setting for your child(ren) can be a time filled with anxiety and fear as you may worry about what is best for your child(ren) while you are away at work. I try to do all I can to make the process a comfortable one. As you search for child care, I encourage you to interview several providers/centers to find a caregiver/teacher that best fits your family’s needs and personality. Decide what is most important to you - is it cost? number or ages of the children in the care? location? flexibility? The amount of experience or education of the provider? Curriculum? Be sure your most important needs are communicated to the provider. The better the fit, the more your child will benefit from the program!

On the other end of the spectrum, I am careful to enroll families that I feel would be a "good fit". It usually means finding families who have similar parenting styles as myself. I am the kind of person who works best with families who are flexible, understanding, respectful and sincere. We also emphasize three simple "rules" to make our days run smoothly together: respect yourself, respect others and respect the things around us. I am egar to speak with each and every one of you and your lil ones. If you expect great things from a child, you will get a child who can do great things! Parents at the Center: Parents are warmly encouraged to spend as much time as possible at the Center. Your children, especially if they attend full time, spend many hours with me. I feel that it is crucial to develop a strong link between the center and home in order to provide the best possible care for all of the children. Participate in the activities. It is important for you to know what your child's day is like at the center and it is important for us to know how your child is at home. Good communication means good childcare! I strongly encourage your participation in our program and welcome your suggestions and comments.

Parents' Meetings: I plan parent meetings throughout the year. They include discussions on topics of interest and concern, speakers, and an opportunity to be involved in planning center activities. I hope that you will be involved in these meetings.

Parent Conferences: I schedule conferences at the beginning, middle, and end of each child‘s enrollment. This is the time to sit down with me to discuss your child's growth and development. Conferences can also be scheduled at any time when there is a concern or if you just want to talk with me about how your child is doing. I will always make time for these conferences.
