The town of Sutton is located in the Blackstone Valley of Central Massachusetts. The current town population is 9,560. Sutton High School is committed to providing a foundation on which all students may pursue academic excellence and personal development in a safe, supportive and challenging learning environment.

Class of 2010 Enrollment: 92

Class of 2009 GPA Range: As of September 1, 2009, our #1 student has a 98.78% average, our #46 student has an 85.45% average, and our #92 student has a 64.00% average. We do not rank our students.

Class of 2009 Placement: 98 graduates, 82% went on to four year college, 8% went on to two-year college, 3% went on to the work force, 6% went on to trade or tech school, 1% went on to military

Grading System: A score of 65 or higher is needed to pass a course. We issue numerical grades on report cards. GPA is computed using a weighted numerical average. AP courses are weighted at 1.10 points, Honors courses are weighted at 1.05 points, and College Prep (CP) courses are weighted at 1.00 points.

AP Course Offerings: English Literature, U.S. History, Psychology, Human Geograghy, Biology, Calculus AB, Environmental Science and numerous others through Virtual High School.

Schedule: Sutton High School operates on a 7 period a day schedule. All classes run for an entire year.
