Grades 7 & 8
Physical Education is a course designed to encourage students to lead a healthy and active life. Students will be involved in a variety of team sports, dual sports, recreational activities, and fitness activities. These sports and activities will help to develop motor skills, physical growth, cardiovascular endurance, and personal and social behaviors that promote a healthy and fit lifestyle.

Grades 9 & 10
Physical Education is a course designed to encourage students to lead a healthy and active life. Students will be involved in a variety of team sports, dual sports, recreational activities, and fitness activities. Students’ knowledge of skills and rules related to these sports and activities will be tested through written assignments. It is the goal of the Physical Education department to use these sports and activities to help develop students’ motor skills, physical growth, cardiovascular endurance, personal and social behaviors, and to promote a healthy and fit lifestyle.
