MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers. MOPS International exists to meet the needs of every mom — urban, suburban, and rural moms, stay-at-home and working moms, teen, single and married moms — moms with different lifestyles who all share a similar desire to be the very best moms they can be! MOPS recognizes that the years from infancy through kindergarten are foundational in a mother-child relationship and are filled with unique needs.

MOPS offers moms the opportunity to share concerns, explore areas of creativity, and hear information on topics that equip them for the responsibilities of family and community.

A typical MOPS morning features a speaker presenting information on topics such as marriage, parenting, discipline, relationships, nutrition, health and spiritual growth. The presentation is usually followed by small group discussion and/or a creative activity or life skill. There is always an array of delicious food to enjoy throughout the morning as well.

MOPS is primarily led by the mothers themselves, with the addition of a Mentor Mom. (Titus 2:3-5)
