Meet Fee/Administrative Fee Policy

 

Meet Fees/Swimmer Surcharge are charged directly to the swimmer’s account upon confirmation of participation in a meet.  Once individuals have committed to participation in a meet, fees are forwarded from WTSC to the host team and cannot be reversed.  Meet Fees and Swimmer Surcharge are determined by the host team and not by our club.  These fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

 

Coaches Administrative Fee is charged per child/per meet, directly to the swimmer’s account.  The fee is $25 per child/per meet.  This fee is determined by Westboro Tennis and Swim Club.  This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

 

Championship Meet Fees: If less than 5 swimmers attend a championship level meet, swimmer’s families will assume all coaches expenses for travel ( hotel, mileage, meals, etc.).
