      Why Diversity Search?

We specialize in diversity search because of a strong commitment to leading public health organizations to strategically position them for the paradigm shift occurring in the workforce. So often organizations want to interview a mixed slate of candidates but rarely have the opportunity to do so. We help them to maintain or gain a competitive advantage through the development of a winning diverse management team.

The most compelling rationale for an inclusive workforce is shifting demographics. The six most critical questions senior management must ponder are:

    Who are our customers/patients/clients?

What are demographic trends telling us?

    What are my workforce needs?

Where will my workforce come from and look like?

How do we obtain the best talent for our organization?

Why is it a good business decision to have a diverse management team?

Addison's Career Consultants can help you find answers to these and other workforce and cultural diversity related questions.
