La Plata Lions Club 67th Charter Night on February 16
The La Plata Lions club will celebrate its 67th Charter Night on February 16, beginning at 6:30 p.m. at Marie's Diner in La Plata. The meal will consist of a 12 oz NY strip steak, shrimp, salad, baked potato, and a vegetable medley along with a piece of birthday cake to honor our 67 years of service. The cost is $25 and includes the 50/50. Activities and speakers will review the outstanding events of our club’s history for our six new members and the usual fun and fellowship of Lionism will be enjoyed by all.
