Next Meeting The next Chapter Meeting will be held on May 8, 2005 at 0900 hrs. The meeting will take place at Company 9 Darlington. This will be a breakfast meeting. Please make an effort to be here. If weather permits, a bike ride will follow. |

RED KNIGHTS - CHAPTER 6
Meeting was conducted on Sunday August 14, 2005 at Darlington Fire Department.
Members Present:
Brian Williams - President
Kerri Williams - Secretary
George Dorbert
Leona Dorbert
Gayle Fears - Social Member
Many members were unable to attend due to work, drills and training classes. However, in E-mails sent, members said that they wanted to be able to wear their vests by themselves. A motion was made by George Dorbert, seconded and carried by the president.
Several rides of interest are coming up:
August 21(This Sunday)-March of Dimes Ride-Havre de Grace-Bring your colors if you are riding-Cecil County people meet at Station 6 at 11 AM, no later. We will meet with Harford County people at Co. 5 House 3 at 1130 AM. There is a pre-registration for this ride at Ramseys in Darlington on Saturday. We want to ride as a group!!
September 11, 2005 - Perryville Poker Run, Fallen Firefighter Memorial Ride, Boardwalk Ride
September 14-18, 2005 - Delmarva Bike Week, Ocean City, MD
September 25, 2005-Beltway Ride-Line up starts at Baltimore Harley Davidson. Firefighters have special parking at the Old Toys R Us @ Rte. 40 and Rossville Blvd. Allowed to wear colors.
Want to start doing a 50-50 at meeting to try and raise a wee bit of funds.
Checking account has a balance of $250.95
There will be a short meeting on Sunday, August 21, 2005 prior to the March of Dimes Ride. Need to discuss a couple of things, one of which is an issue regarding rescheduling of our summer meetings.
Meeting was adjourned at 0959 hrs.
