The ATV trails around the Pittsfield and Hartland area are the best they have been in some time. The Rail bed leaving Pittsfield through Palmyra and into Hartland is in great shape with brushing being done and culvert work in place. We now have a Park and Ride area thanks to Irving Tanning. If any one is interested you can now park across from the Fire Station in Hartland in the large parking lot. There is a bulletin board with information and maps available to get you around. Thanks so much to Irving Tanning and remember what you come in with, leave with, please respect our land owners. The trail going to the Skowhegan trail system has had over 60 hours of work this last week end and is in the best condition since we started, there are still some areas that need some more work but people should have no problem getting to the Skowhegan trails.
The Devils head trail headed to Harmony is always a great scenic ride, and we just did some more signing so this should make for an enjoyable visit. St Albans trail will be getting a much needed update this weekend so this will also be a more pleasant trip into St Albans for gas and food. After crossing the cable bridge there still is a wet area, but once through the rest is in good shape. We look forward to seeing you on the trails and please let us know if you run into any problems. Ride safe and enjoy the fall riding. THANKS SO MUCH TO CLUB MEMBERS FOR ALL THEIR HELP!

What a weekend for the trails! The trails from Pittsfield to Harmony are pretty much complete. Skowhegan trail is rough - work is planned for it. We want to thank all the volunteers that came out to help on Friday & Sunday for Clean Up & Trail Maintenance! Thanks to Joe H.,Darren R.,Wes H. Mike H.,Norm F.(new member this weekend), John L. (friend), Jim D.,Mark S.,Boo S...hope we didn't miss anyone and if we did - it was unintentional. Over 50 hours were invested on our first weekend of open trails. GREAT JOB!!!

Opening Day (No, not the Sox, silly!) Meeting up - coffee & the plan

A record number of volunteers turned out for the clean up days on May 16 & 18!

It's a great day for some trail work. Our volunteers were Rock Stars!
Don't worry if you missed our first trail maintenance days. There is always a need for volunteers for trail work!
Please remember you do not always need to volunteer only when we have a "scheduled date" - please consider any free time you can give to keep our trails in order. Keep track of your hours of work and the Club can be reimbursed for them!
