attended meeting. A provisional radio
frequency will be assigned at that time.
New members will receive a club patch with their membership card.
MEMBER REQUIREMENTS
A member in good standing has paid dues for the current year, and
maintains active participation in Ann Arbor club activities and a safe
environment at the lake. Members in

frequency for their use.
RADIO ASSIGNMENT POLICY
A member in good standing is assigned a provisional radio
frequency for use at club activities.
This requires the member to sign in on a ‘Frequency Board’ available at
club events by 12:30 pm. Radio
channels not locked in by 12:30 pm will be available to prospective members and
guests. A member may lose their channel

members may establish fees, score methods, awards. Only one race group per class will be permitted.
SCHEDULED
ACTIVITIES

racing group clearing the water to allow another racing group on the
water. This will occur when a member is
sailing in more than one racing group or if the total number of boats on the
water is excessive. The order and
starting sequence of groups sailing will be determined at the lake or in a
prearranged schedule.
CLUB OFFICERS
Club officers shall consist of Commodore, Vice Commodore,
Secretary/Treasurer, and a representative from each sailing group (Race Group

policy as required to maintain club activities. A member may not hold more than one office and position on the
board.
CLUB RULES AND VOTING

to the club board in writing for review and clarification. The board may submit a written version of
the proposal to the general membership for vote. Every member shall have an opportunity to review and vote on
