How You Can Help
Donate a Blanket
Let us know if you know of a child that needs a blanket
Come to a BLANKET DAY and help us make blankets. NO special skills are needed. You don't have to know how to sew, knit or crochet to help. (Great way for high school students to earn community service hours.)
Washable cotton fabric, flannel or polar fleece
Low loft batting
Acrylic yarn in child friendly colors
Gift cards or Gift Certificates to fabric, quilting or office supply stores
New sewing supplies such as scissors, rotary cutters or cutting mats
Postage Stamps, paper, printer ink cartridges
CASH DONATIONS can be made in our Chapters name - Dearborn/Wayne County Chapter - by Check, Credit Card or Pay Pal at www.projectlinus.org
Donations of blankets or other items can be dropped off at any of the listed drop off sites.
If you are unable to drop off blankets, please send us an e-mail and we will be happy to make arrangements for them to be picked up.
