Deadline Dates for submitting to a Newsletters are based on our PTO Meetings which are held the 2nd Monday of each month:

• September - September 12th
• October – October 10th
• November - November 14th
• December - December 12th
• January - January 16th
• February - February 13th
• March - March 12th
• April - April 16th
• May - May 14th

Website data doesn’t have a deadline, but give me a couple of days to get it loaded in. Along with the information you want put on, please let me know:

1. what page you would like it on
2. any color scheme preferences
3. how long you want it on the web
4. After I put it on, I will contact you to have you check for accuracy.
