Many volunteers help this chapter run smoothly. I can always use more people willing to make deliveries, sew on labels, and assist in blanket party hosting. Interested? Just let me know!

We gladly take donations of

  • checks payable to Project Linus
  • gift cards (Wal-mart, Jo-Ann's, Quilt Stores)
  • washable yarn
  • fabric (cotton, flannel, or fleece only)
  • batting
  • packaged satin blanket binding
  • food for blanket-making parties

You can drop donations off at Faith@Work, or mail them to Marian Bart.

Quantifiable donations are tax-deductible.

As a sideline, we collect small clean toys (such as happy meal toys) to give as incentives to kids undergoing medical procedures at Children's Hospital. The toys can also be dropped off at Faith@Work.

You can raise money for Project Linus by searching the internet or shopping online with GoodSearch.com - powered by Yahoo! To get started, simply click on the GoodSearch link on the bottom-left of this page.
