 EMERGENCY OVERNIGHT SHELTER
Our short-term (14 days)shelter program is for homeless men, women and children. The shelter has 10 beds and is open nightly from 6 p.m. to 9 a.m. See our map below for our location. We do not accept walk-ins, please call 482-2099 for more information.
Guest Services:
- Beds
- Hot meals for dinner and breakfast
- Personal need items
- Telephone and laundry services
- Bus tokens
- Bicycle Loan Program
- Some financial assistance (if available for the need)
- In-house advocacy services aimed at helping them resettle into a safe, clean and affordable living environment.
HOW DO I GET HELP?
- YOU MUST BE HOMELESS.
- IF MALE, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB STAIR STEPS.
- IF YOU ARE ON MEDICATION, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO TAKE YOUR OWN MEDICINE.
- IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN, ANY CHILD OVER 5 YEARS MUST SLEEP IN A SEPARATE BED. NO MALE CHILD 6 YEARS OR OLDER CAN SLEEP IN THE WOMEN'S BEDROOM. NO MALE CHILD BETWEEN THE AGES OF 6 AND 17 YEARS CAN SLEEP IN THE MALE'S BEDROOM WITHOUT THE PRESENCE OF A MALE ADULT WHO IS A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN.
