Why Join Cub Scouts?
For 100 years, Scouting in our country has helped: - boys to have fun
- parents guide their boys
- build boys of character
- teach good citizenship
- prepare them to make ethical & moral choices for their lifetime
- boys to do THEIR best, not be THE best
- teach about sportsmanship & fitness
- teach about academic topics
- develop respectful relationships with others as well as the world around them
The first step in Scouting is Cub Scouts, open to 1st through 5th Graders.
Pack 631, 45 boys strong is just one part of the larger scouting activity in our area. The Clinton Valley Council serves nearly 14,000 boys and over 5,000 adult volunteers!
Interested in joining? Come to our next Pack meeting on November 19th in Country Oak's Elementary School's Multipurpose Room and check us out! We also have Join Scouting Nights from time to time...watch your child's folders for information on the next one. Or contact any one of us listed on the left navigation bar with questions. We'd love to meet you & your son!
